Where the center is

The FAVOR rehabilitation center is in Kyiv. We give the exact address over the phone when we arrange your visit. This protects the privacy of the people who live there.

Rooms

During rehabilitation, people live at the center. We are confirming how the rooms are furnished and will add the specific details here.

Meals

This is where we’ll describe how meals are organized at the center.

How the day goes

At the rehabilitation center, the day is made up of sessions and free time. The person works with a psychologist and addiction counselors one-on-one and in a group.

Who works with patients

The FAVOR team includes an addiction medicine physician, a psychiatrist and addiction specialist, a psychotherapist and chemical dependency counselors. Their positions and experience are on the Doctors page.

Visits and contact with family

Family members can call the clinic to find out how meetings are arranged. We are confirming the visiting rules and will add them here.

What to bring

We’ll give you the exact list of belongings over the phone before admission. Here’s what you can get ready now.

• — Medications the person takes regularly and hospital discharge summaries, if there are any. The doctor needs to see them.

If you’re packing for a loved one and aren’t sure what’s needed, call us. We’ll advise you.

Anonymity

Contacting FAVOR is confidential. You don’t have to give the person’s surname over the phone. We don’t share data from site requests with third parties.

Frequently asked questions about accommodation

• How much does a stay cost?

  A day at the inpatient addiction clinic costs from 3,500 UAH, and a month of rehabilitation from 25,000 UAH. The final cost is given after an examination and consultation. All prices are on the Prices page.

• Can I see the center before admission?

  Call us and we’ll arrange a time. We’ll give you the address during the call. Photos of the center will appear in the photo gallery after the shoot.

• Who will find out that the person is in treatment?

  Your inquiry is confidential. Without the patient’s consent, we don’t tell anyone that they are at the clinic.
